Return Policy: Kimberly's Kreations has a 7 day return policy. IF YOU NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM, YOU MUST CONTACT KIMBERLY'S KREATIONS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM AND OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. The item must be returned within the 7 days of the day it was delivered to you. The 3 day and 7 day time frames will be determined by the tracking information and the date it shows the item was delivered. The items must still have the tags on and be unworn or unused. If the return policy is adhered to, a refund will be issued in the amount you paid for the item less the non-refundable shipping costs. You will be responsible for the shipping cost and insurance to return the item back to Kimberly's Kreations.
